Is My Device OK is operated by ZEDVentures Inc.. We provide free device tests that run in your browser. You do not need to download software, create an account, or sign up to use them.
What the tests can tell you
The tools help you check your screen, mouse, keyboard, speakers, microphone, webcam, and controller. You can look for unexpected behaviour, compare settings, or check a device before contacting support.
A browser can only report what it receives or displays. Settings, browser support, and other running software can affect the result. Our tests do not diagnose every fault, certify hardware, or promise to fix a problem. Important repair or purchase decisions need further checks.
How we develop and check tools
Tools use browser features and run their test logic on your device. We review the code, check instructions against the controls, and use automated checks for supported inputs and lifecycle behaviour. We also check page layouts at different screen sizes. Simulated checks cannot replace testing every physical device or browser.
Each tool page displays a last-reviewed date. This is set by hand after review, not changed automatically during a build. It is a review record, not a guarantee that every device combination has been tested.
How the site may earn money
Display advertising is not currently enabled. Display advertising may generate revenue once enabled. Some links may generate affiliate commissions when visitors buy from a merchant. Affiliate links must be clearly identified. Advertising and commissions never influence test results.
